When you can claim a product

If a defect appears on the purchased goods, you have the right to claim it within 24 months of receiving the goods.

The claim does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear caused by use
  • improper use or maintenance (e.g. washing contrary to instructions)

How to proceed with a claim

To expedite the process, we recommend:

  1. Filling out the claim form
  2. Attaching a copy of the proof of purchase
  3. Securely packaging the goods

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

Claim process

After receiving the goods, we will inform you by email.

We will process the claim without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

In the case of an accepted claim, you have the right to:

  • repair
  • exchange of goods
  • a reasonable discount
  • money back (if no other solution is possible)

Important information

You can try on the goods, but they must not be worn beyond normal trying on.

In case of excessive wear, the claim may be rejected.

Cost of claim

In the case of a legitimate claim, you will be reimbursed for purposefully incurred transportation costs.
