Return of goods
Do you want to return an item?
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items you wish to return:
- must not be worn or damaged
- may only be tried on to the extent customary when shopping in a brick-and-mortar store
- we recommend sending them in their original packaging (not a condition)
Please include the following with the returned goods:
- a copy of the proof of purchase
- a completed withdrawal form

The goods must be shipped within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
