Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in the sale of goods through the e-shop.
The buyer is a natural person – a consumer. These conditions do not apply to entrepreneurs.
The purchase agreement is concluded in Czech.
Order and Conclusion of Contract
The buyer orders goods through the e-shop.
By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the terms and conditions.
The purchase agreement is concluded by the seller's confirmation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to request additional confirmation of the order.
Order Rejection
The seller reserves the right not to conclude a purchase agreement or to request advance payment if the buyer has repeatedly failed to accept ordered goods in the past or has otherwise breached their obligations.
Price and Payment Terms
Prices include VAT.
The buyer can pay:
- in cash upon collection
- cash on delivery
- by bank transfer to the seller's account
When paying by bank transfer, the goods are dispatched after the payment has been credited to the account.
Delivery of Goods
Goods are delivered by a carrier or can be picked up in person at the address:
Jezuitská 3, Brno.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt.
In case of non-acceptance of the shipment, the seller may claim reimbursement of incurred costs.
Withdrawal from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be returned undamaged and unused.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
The seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proving their dispatch.
Complaints (Rights from Defective Performance)
The buyer has the right to claim defects in the goods within 24 months of receipt.
Complaints can be made:
- in person at the store
- by e-mail: prodejna@boutiquematysekbrno.cz
The seller will process the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the buyer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or use the platform:

Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is regulated in a separate document "Privacy Policy".
Cookies
The use of cookies is handled via the cookie bar on the website.
Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
The seller reserves the right to change the conditions at any time.
